Like the shoes but need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for all shoes returned within 30 days in the original, unused condition. Get in touch to see how we can accommodate your request.
Within 30 days of delivery, SOM Footwear offers a 100% refund for shoes returned in the original, unused condition. Send us an email and let us see what we can do for you. Refunds are issued within 4 weeks of receipt of return. Custom orders may not be returnable. SOM Footwear reserves the right to refuse returns determined to be unmarketable.
Orders are shipped at a flat rate through USPS Priority and First Class Mail. Presently, we offer free domestic shipping for our repeat customers. Please contact us for the necessary free shipping labels to exchange or return your purchase. All free returns are via USPS Ground and we are unable to reimburse any shipping cost if you use your own label.
Since all of our shoes are handcrafted with the highest quality standards and attention to detail, your order will be ready for shipment in approximately 8-12 days. If we have your order in stock, it will be shipped within 3 days.
While we can ship to virtually anywhere in the world, restrictions on certain products may prevent them from being mailed internationally. If your shipping costs are less than the flat rate, we will refund the difference. Please note that any customs, taxes, or fees incurred cannot be reimbursed. We are presently unable to offer free shipping on international orders, exchanges, or returns.
Each pair of SOM shoes is handmade in our hometown factory and we proudly stand behind every pair. If you believe there is a defect in material quality or workmanship outside of normal wear and tear, please contact us via email within 12 months of delivery with the following information:
- Name and phone number
- Short description of issue
- Photos clearly showing the issue
This warranty does not cover worn soles or frayed stitching due to normal wear. It also excludes any exposure to direct, high heat or corrosive elements.
