Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges

-We do not offer direct exchanges for non SOM VIP/Prime members. If the size you ordered is not quite right, please return them and place a new order for the appropriate size.

-For SOM VIP/Prime members who have not used their one free resizing or return, send us an email at somteam@somfootwear.com about your sizing and what would be a better fit. We will send you a Free return label and upon receiving your exchange, send you the right size at no additional cost.

Returns

-We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for shoes in their original, unused condition. Please try out your SOMs indoors and on a clean surface, as soon as you get them to feel if they are right for you as we CANNOT accept returns that were worn outside or that are not in "Like-New" condition.

*SOM Footwear reserves the right to refuse returns determined to be unmarketable. 

*Shoes returned AFTER 30 days of receiving order will have a 10% restocking fee of the total order's cost deducted from their refund.

-Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Refunds are issued within 4 weeks of receipt of return for a full refund of the retail price. Please include your original receipt with the reason why you are returning your shoes and ship to the address below:

-For SOM VIP members: The price of VIP will also be refunded when we receive your shoes in "Like-New" condition.

One Year Warranty

-Each pair of SOM shoes is handmade in our hometown factory and we proudly stand behind every pair.  If you believe there is a defect in material quality or workmanship outside of normal wear and tear, please contact us via email within 12 months of delivery with the following information:

  • Name and phone number
  • Short description of issue
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

-This warranty does not cover worn soles, frayed stitching, or any other signs of normal wear and tear; improper use, or improper care, like exposure to direct, high heat or corrosive elements. There is no implied life span of a shoe, due to the variables that can affect footwear. Only original SOM materials and workmanship are covered under warranty.
